“Thank you to Lembaga Zakat Selangor (LZS). The support provided enabled me to complete my studies with excellence,” said Patih Fauzi bin Bahar, an asnaf beneficiary from Gombak. Since 2020, Patih Fauzi has received the Higher Education Scholarship Assistance (BDPT) and Educational Needs Assistance (BKP) under the Education Management Department, Asnaf Development Division, Lembaga Zakat Selangor. This assistance covered tuition fees, living allowance, accommodation, reference books, and learning equipment. The support allowed him to fully focus on his studies despite the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic.

He successfully graduated in Physics from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) on 30 November 2025. He also underwent international industrial training at Academia Sinica, Taiwan, in battery research, and is currently serving as a SoC Design Engineer at Logikhaus.
