The implementation and enforcement of this policy is the responsibility of the Integrity Unit, which falls under the Department of Risk, Integrity, and Cybersecurity Management. The Integrity Unit’s execution of the policy will be monitored by the Board of Trustees through the Risk, Integrity, and Compliance Committee. Meanwhile, the Management Integrity Committee, chaired by the CEO of LZS, will help ensure that all employees uphold the highest values of integrity.
