Inside This Sustainability Report
This report presents the sustainability performance of Zakat Selangor, covering its Headquarters, nineteen (19) branches and six (6) institutions for the reporting period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024. The disclosures are structured around eleven (11) material matters identified through a comprehensive materiality assessment.
The report has been prepared with reference to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Universal Standards 2021 and is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) 2030.
To ensure accuracy and credibility, the report has undergone internal review by Zakat Selangor Management, while the collection and distribution of zakat funds have been independently reviewed to uphold transparency and trust in Zakat Selangor’s disclosures.
