SHAH ALAM, 23 February 2024 – His Royal Highness Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Al-Haj Ibni almarhum Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Al-Haj today graciously officiated the appointment of the Board of Trustees members of Lembaga Zakat Selangor (LZS) for the 2024–2026 session in a ceremony held here.

The acceptance of the appointment letters was led by the Chairman of the LZS Board of Trustees, Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Syed Anwar Jamalullail, followed by the Deputy Chairman, Tan Sri Dato’ Setia Ambrin Buang. A total of 11 LZS Board of Trustees members were appointed, comprising professionals and corporate figures from various fields.

The appointment of the LZS Board of Trustees members was approved by the Selangor Islamic Religious Council (MAIS) and received the consent of His Royal Highness the Sultan of Selangor.
