SHAH ALAM, 1 July 2023 – Lembaga Zakat Selangor (LZS), in collaboration with the Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS), organized a corporate social responsibility program by performing the sacrificial ritual in conjunction with Aidiladha at the Kechau Dalam Orang Asli Village here today.

The program, involving the Orang Asli community, also provided them the opportunity to participate in the sacrificial ritual and work together in preparing and serving the meals alongside LZS and PKNS staff.

During the program, a new Muslim conversion session involving 12 individuals from the Kechau Dalam and Kechau Luar Orang Asli villages was also held.

All the new converts received Islamization kits from the Selangor Islamic Religious Council (MAIS) and a cash contribution of RM500 from PKNS.

Also present were the Chief Corporate and Special Projects Officer, Ariffa Ariffin, Chief Operating Officer, Ahmad Fadhil Hassan, and Deputy Head of Asnaf Distribution Operations Division, Md Yusmizan Yusuf.
