SHAH ALAM, 20 August 2021 – Lembaga Zakat Selangor (LZS) will reopen services at 12 LZS branch offices across districts by appointment starting 23 August.
Operating hours for LZS branches are on working days from 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. However, the UTC Shah Alam Complex branch will operate daily except on public holidays, from 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
Accordingly, members of the public who wish to conduct transactions with LZS may visit www.zakatselangor.com.my/janjitemu to make an appointment.
Appointment slots can be booked up to four hours before branch operating hours begin, subject to the availability of slots at the respective branch on that day.
LZS advises customers attending appointments to always update their COVID-19 Risk Status on the MySejahtera application and to comply with all standard operating procedures (SOPs) that have been set to curb the spread of COVID-19.
In addition to in-branch services, LZS also provides online platforms to facilitate the public.
For those wishing to make zakat payments, payments can be made via fpx.zakatselangor.com.my or by downloading the Zakat Selangor mobile application for free from the Google Play Store (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS).
Meanwhile, applications for emergency cases may contact the Assistant Parish Amil (PAK) or distribution officers by referring to www.zakatselangor.com.my/koad-and-eoad.
