This was followed by a roundtable discussion involving CEOs and key leaders of corporate companies, where the resolutions discussed will be escalated to the highest level of LZS to be adopted as part of the agenda to strengthen zakat collection and distribution in Selangor.
As of June 2024, LZS successfully collected RM559.3 million in zakat, of which RM101.1 million was contributed through business zakat.
